Dr. Tiffany Drach DVM
Owner
Dr. Tiffany Drach DVM has resided in Kent Ohio since graduating from The Ohio State University of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. After her first five years practicing at Banks and Beutel Veterinary Hospital in Kent, Dr. Drach took a position at Boston Heights Veterinary Hospital where she expanded her surgical and medical skills. She has worked closely with Roses Rescue for the last fourteen years and looks forward to continuing to provide care for their animals in need. Dr. Drach is excited to own her own practice in Rootstown where she has built a state of the art facility, practices high quality medicine, and provides compassionate care to the community.
Dr. Drach leads a busy home life with her husband Bryan, twin boys Jacob and Cameron, daughter Katlin, and youngest son Tristan. She truly enjoys being the soccer mom and spending time outdoors with her family. As a family, they have rescued several pets over the years including their current dog Bruno and their two cats Odie and Sophie. Dr. Drach recognizes the importance pets play in a family and the need to help find homes for pets in need of that family.

Dr. Emily deCardenas
DVM
Dr. Emily deCárdenas DVM is a 2014 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a Kent native who has returned to the area to practice veterinary medicine. She spent time after graduation working in shelter medicine as well as high quality high volume spay/neuter. Dr. deCárdenas loves providing high quality, compassionate care for the animals of the community. Dr. deCárdenas lives with her husband Dailey. She has 3 dogs Olive, Rhubarb and Ginger. As well as 2 cats Cornbread, and Basement Cat. In her free time she enjoys baking, cooking and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Sara Amport
DVM
Dr. Amport joined Rootstown Veterinary Hospital in March of 2023. She spent her first few years in a general small animal practice setting. She attended Hiram College for undergraduate studies and then Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She lives in Ravenna with her 3 dogs (Maisie, Raina, Ox) and 5 cats (Bentley, Lincoln, Bean, Finley, and Carter) and her sister, Katie, and her dogs, Ava and Ella. Her interests in veterinary medicine include internal medicine and preventative care. Her hobbies include reading, spending time with family and friends, home improvement projects, hiking with her many dogs/spending quality time with her many cats, and exploring new places to have fun in Northeast Ohio

Dr. Kayleen McLain
DVM
Dr. Kayleen McLain graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She has practiced veterinary medicine with large and small animals in Oregon for 5 years before moving to small animals only for the past 4 years in Washington. Her interests include a focus on both Western and Eastern medicine including acupuncture.
In her spare time, she enjoys being outside hiking and backpacking with her two dogs, Dohv and Jack, gardening, birdwatching, spending time with friends, or chilling with her two cats, Sapphira and Ryu.

After earning an Associate degree in business, Donna decided to combine her education and love for animals and has been working in the veterinary field since 1999, currently as the practice manager of RVH.
Donna resides in Tallmadge with her husband Brian, her dogs Biscuit, Jace, Peanut and her cat Tickle. In her spare time, Donna enjoys hunting, camping, and spending time with her family in West Virginia.

Corinne
Technician
Corinne has been a Veterinarian Technician for over 25yrs. She started in this field while living in Florida. She now resides in Stow with her husband Brian, daughter Alyssa, and son Anthony.
Corinne has two dogs named Jersey and Zeke, and one cat named Sport which were all rescues. She has had a lifelong interest in caring for animals and working with this wonderful staff at RVH which allows her to accomplish that.

Rachael
RVT
Rachael has been in the veterinary field for over 10 years. She worked in clinics cleaning kennels in high school and has since went on to become a veterinary technician. She graduated from the Vet Tech Institute and passed her national boards in 2012. She now lives on a farm in Canfield, OH with her husband, Levi and 2 sons, Hudson and Harvey. Together they raise dairy cows and alpacas. She also has a German Shorthair Pointer named Panda and a cat named Emma. In her free time she enjoys swimming, hiking, and spending time with her children.

Morgan
RVT
Morgan graduated Stautzenberger college in 2020 with her associates degree prior to becoming a registered veterinary technician. She has worked in the veterinary field for 3 years. She has 2 dogs at home named Moose and Preacher, along with one cat named Deli. She enjoys hiking with her dogs and baking in her free time, especially around the holidays!

Ashley
Technician
Ashley graduated from Stautzenberger College for Veterinary Technology in 2016. She has been working in the veterinary field for the past 7 years. Ashely is currently working to become Fear Free certified and would love to learn more about animal behavior. She loves all animals, but has a huge soft spot for Bulldogs and Elephants!

Cassandra
Client Service Representative
Cass is originally from Aurora, OH and has since been in the animal care field for 10 years. She started out as a doggie daycare attendant in San Diego, CA. When she moved back home to Ohio she got a job
at another local animal hospital starting out as a kennel technician and was eventually cross trained as a receptionist and a veterinary assistant.
She currently resides in Newton Falls with her husband and their fur babies. She currently has 5 dogs, 8 cats, and is known to rescue stray kittens. In her free time, she enjoys swimming and camping at Nelsons Ledges and playing Nintendo.

Ray
Client Service Representative/Assistant
Ray graduated from Northcoast's Veterinary Assisting program in 2016 and has worked in the veterinary field since. She enjoys hanging out at home with her 2,3, and 4 legged children. Her daughter Charity and her son Exten, her 3 legged Shephard mix Sammie, her mini horse (Great Dane) Denali, and her cat Gizmo. She also enjoys reading, walking the dogs, and spending quality time with her family.

Nicole
Assistant
Nicole graduated from Northcoast's Veterinary Assisting program in 2012 and currently resides in Randolph, OH. She started her career doing rescue and emergency care. After taking a 2 year break she decided to jump back into the field. She has a strong interest in canine behavior and training. She hopes to be able to train a dog for the show ring. In her free time she enjoys hanging outdoors with family and friends, going to Cruze-In's and car shows in her 1970 VW beetle. She currently has 7 cats, 1 Pit Bull, 5 snakes, 1 turtle, and a few aquariums.

Sara
Client Service Representative
Sara has lived in Ohio her entire life. She was originally in the medical field as an STNA and has switched to veterinary care due to her love for animals. She is very good with technology and plans to pursue a career. She enjoys spending endless amounts of time with her 2 cats, Garfield and Orianna. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Allie graduated from Animal Behavior College in 2020. She has been in the veterinary field for 3 years, she enjoys talking to clients and getting to know each animal. In her free time Allie enjoys cuddling her 3 cats and trail walks with her dog, as well as fishing with her boyfriend.

Tristan
Kennel Staff
Tristan has been a huge asset to our clinic and staff since joining our team in 2020. He is currently a freshman at Cleveland State and has grown up in the veterinary world. In his free time he enjoys soccer, skateboarding, and spending time with his dog, Chubbs.

Hannah
Kennel Staff
Hannah joined our team in late 2022 as part of our kennel staff. She is currently a full time student at Kent State studying Zoology in hopes of becoming a veterinarian one day. She lives in Diamond, OH. She has 2 dogs named Pongo and Ivy Mae and a leopard gecko named Steve. She enjoys playing music, hiking, and is a part of the school marching band.
